What would a camera be without a lens. Lenses are actually the part of a camera which hold the highest value and which you can regard as an investment. My husband and I traveled Africa extensively and we are always looking for good camera gear.  Gear which is robust and helps us to capture the images we are trying to get so badly. We would sit for hours at the waterhole to capture the dawn with it’s beautiful light and the elephants socializing at the waterhole. It takes time, patience and good equipment.

If you wont get to take pictures of any wildlife in the near future but you would like to take pictures, for example of indoor sports or movements, the Canon F2.8 Lenses with different focal lengths from 30-200 mm would be a great option. The fast aperture lets in lots of light which is great to achieve clear results in low light conditions. You finally will be able to take great images of your kids playing soccer or doing horse riding.

The Nikon lens is another good alternative to Canon, they produce the Nikon f2.8 24-70mm.  A professional, fast aperture, standard zoom lens which provides superior accuracy.
