Fabulous Chocolate Brownies
All you need is: 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 a tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Mix all these ingrediences together and add 1/2 cups of melted butter. Then add 3/4 of a cup of flour and 1/2 of a cup of baking soda. If you want you can stir in nuts and coconut. Mix all together. Spread batter into your squared baking dish and cook 6-7 minutes on high turning 1/4 every 2 minutes. Cool completely before cutting the delicious pieces.
Matured Olive Risotto (6-8 Servings)
For this delicious recipe you need: 1/4 cup of cooking oil, 1 cup chopped onions, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, 1 cup uncooked rice, 2 cups of chicken bouillon, 1/2 cup of chopped olives, 1 can of chopped, drained mushrooms, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Combine oil, onion, celery, rice and bouillon, salt and pepper in a bowl and cover and microwave at high for 20mins. Stir the mixture after 10 minutes. Add olives, mushrooms and cheese. Stir to mix well. Microwave at High 2 to 4 minutes.
