I never felt I am childless unless I eat dinner. It is because after dining I had to wash just two plates, of my husband’s and mine. Our in-built dishwasher remains useless most of the time as we do not have so many dishes to load the big 9 place settings dishwasher. Running the dishwasher partially loaded is an obvious waste of water and energy. And I dislike the idea of loading the dishwasher throughout the week until it gets full and then runs it.

Hence, my first priority for this holiday shopping was to replace my in-built dishwasher with a smaller place settings dishwasher. Consequently, I did some online research. It was during this hunt that I caught Gota Dishwasher. It is a tiny device and it was impossible for me to conceive a dishwasher so small. But as I read more, I got impressed. Now after using it, I am amazed!

Gota Dishwasher resembles a space vehicle that explores the universe. Its tiny body fits neatly on to my kitchen platform. This helped me a lot because ours is a small, yet modern kitchen. After getting my new Gota, I accommodated more cabins in my kitchen, in the space which was earlier equipped by our old built-in dishwasher.

Gota manages to wash six plates and six glasses along with the cutlery, which is ample for a couple like us. Being so small in design, it already consumes less water for washing. But to my surprise, it allowed me to save more water. It steams up everything in the pre-wash stage and collects the cooled vapours. These cooled vapours are used again for washing dishes in the final stage. Moreover, Gota’s body is made up of ABS Polycarbonate, which is capable to store enough water. By this, Gota cuts the water consumption by half. It will not consume much energy as well.

The small body of Gota dishwasher lets you to carry it with you. It is helpful, especially, when you go for small valley side trips. The functional design and the uniqueness plus simplicity of its technology makes Gota a different, enviable product. I am absolutely happy about my choice and thanks to Ibsen Caldas and his team, who designed this product. It is a right choice for those who consider living greener!

Did you know…?

that you can avoid those cloudy glassware. Just do the vinegar test. Take a cloudy glass and hold it for 5 minutes in vinegar. If the glass improves its shine it is due to hard water deposits. Make sure that the salt reservoir is topped up in your machine.
