Whether you want to just give a nod to Valentine’s Day with a cool heart logo sweater or you want to go all out with a giant heart shaped umbrella (that is one way to attract your dream Valentine’s attention!) then check out these fab romantic themed buys and get in the mood for the 14th of February:
(Or if you are a guy looking for a gift for that special someone, I don’t know anyone who would not want one of these cute presents…)

- This Accessorize quilted heart shaped purse is perfect for paying for your Valentine’s date out of. A lovely and inexpensive buy.
- My favourite of them all, this Fred Flare heart pendant lock comes with a little key which you can remove and give to your partner who can then literally hold the key to your heart. How romantic.
- This Topshop sweater is a nice and casual way to acknowledge Valentine’s Day without going all out.
- I actually did a little chuckle to myself when I found these on Umbrellaheaven.com (who knew that would be an actual website). If you want to make a big statement on the 14th of February then buy one of these heart shaped umbrellas which come in a variety of colours.
- These Judith Leiber designer clutches from Net A Porter are the chicest clutches to wear on Valentine’s Day. Gorgeous and sparkling add a touch of glamour to your outfit with one of these “Heart and Soul” clutches.
- These Vivienne Westwood for Melissa Heart heels from Asos are the sort of shoes I can imagine Katy Perry wearing on a date with Russel Brand; just the right amount of cute and quirky. And as a bonus it is a great way to get a slice of Vivienne Westwood designer action without the huge price tag which usually goes with such a buy.
Did you know…?
One in five are planning to give away jewellery for Valentine’s Day this year. Only a small number though also insures their new precious gems. The Building Society therefore advises consumers to always make sure that your home insurance covers new jewellery and also to take pictures of them!
