Have you ever thought about exercising more during the week? Did you ever skip your work out because you came home too hungry and tired from work?
Here are two easy ways for you to exercise during the week:
1. Go for a walk after dinner in your neighbourhood or
2. Ride your bike to work.
Last spring, I was tired of driving to work and sitting in traffic every day. That is why I invested in a new lightweight mountain bike. It was much easier to ride than my old bike and faster too. All summer, I rode my bicycle to work enthusiastically. I felt more awake at work and I enjoyed having some exercise every day.
However, I was not sure how to carry my notebook on a bike. A friend recommended a Crumpler laptop bag. I gave it a try and discovered that it is comfortable to wear. The bag has a cushioned inside pocket for my notebook. What I like about Crumpler bags is that it has a decent style. It is a good match–it looks sportive and it’s easy to combine it with business clothing.
When fall came and it started to rain, I fell back into old patterns usi
ng the car. I started complaining about missing exercise. It’s no wonder that I received a waterproof jacket for my birthday. In the beginning, I was wearing the Berghaus jacket women only when walking in the rain. One day when my car was getting fixed, I rode my bike to work again. The Berghaus jacket worked fine, but it was not until I bought water proof over-trousers that I started to ride my bike all year around.
As for my part, I recommend that you exchange the car for a bike when going to work. I enjoy the daily exercise and do not want to miss it!
