Going on a Trip with a Baby

Panama Jack BootsA couple days ago, I had a coffee with a friend and we talked for hours, mostly about her cute little nephew. Her sister’s baby is of course the cutest baby ever. So she told me that she and her husband “borrowed” the baby to go on nice trip to the country on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Fortunately the whole family lives close by, so after her sister went back to work her parents and my friend help her and her husband with picking the baby up from daycare and spending time with him. So my friend bought a Recaro young sport seat for her car. It has an extremely long useful life. This seat grows with the child, so you can use it from approximately 9 months up to 12 years. When it comes to safety everybody wants to make sure the child is safe in his seat. The Recaro comes with an integrated 5-point belt and headrest that can be adjusted 3 times. My friend said it is almost impossible to operate it incorrectly. The best part is that the cover can be removed for washing. Every parent knows what an incentive this can be.recaro young sport

So they drove to the country to take the baby out for a nice walk. They both love to go for walks so they spend a lot of time outdoors. My friend strongly recommends the Panama Jack Boots. They are made of soft Napa leather and contain a padded insole to help absorb any impact. These boots are high quality and no rain shower gets your feet wet.

When they started to go for a walk, they put the baby in a baby carrier so it could see where they walk and show him birds and trees. In their backpack they also carried an Olympus dictation machine. They didn’t want the parents to miss something their precious did so they recorded when the baby made noises, laughed and talked baby talk. I thought this was such a sweet idea that I wanted it to share with you.

Did you know?

Did you know? The Baby on Board sign actually serves a purpose for emergency service personnel. In an accident they know to look for infants and children.
