A regular workout doesn’t have to be a pain in the neck or a huge investment. You also don’t need an exercise room to keep in shape – some small sport devices can increase your workout on a daily base easily. Put a chin up bar in any doorway. With its multiple functions and grips, you can work several different muscles like biceps, abs, pecs and obliques in the comfort of your own home. And the great advantage is that you can watch an episode of Dr. Who during your workout since you’re at home. If you work in an office, a chin up bar is also a great device for stretching your back.
If you want a more intense workout or are trying to target specific muscle groups, invest in some adjustable dumbbells. Dumbbells provide you with a varied weight range so you can vary your workout using as many plates as you want. They are easily customizable for personal training.
When the weather outside is unpleasant, it is convenient to have some tools at home for your workout. But if it is a beautiful day and you don’t feel like wasting this opportunity by staying in a gym, then hop on your bike and go for a long ride. I think a lightweight mountain bike fulfils many
purposes and you are not limited to the street. When you’re done, you can easily carry it upstairs. It’s better to be safe than sorry! Look for powerful front and rear V-brakes, tyres with great traction that works well both off and on-road, and soft handlebar grips that provide extra comfort and control. If you enjoy your bike ride, make a change and ride to work every day. Get a nice waterproof jacket and trousers so the weather plays only a minor role in your commute.
Everybody has a full schedule but we all know it is important to exercise regularly. After a stressful day at work, it is tough to leave the comfy flat again to hit to the gym. So get small, useful exercise equipment to make your exercise an easy and fun part of your day even at home.
