It is going to be a very exciting time. Here are 5 tips how you can enjoy the 2010 World Cup

1. Most of the matches you will probably watch at the pub. But in case you record a match or want to watch it at home, make sure you have a nice TV.  The TV needs to show brilliant colours  and depths. The 37 inch lcd TV would be a great option. It does not have the biggest screen, but it has a great colour brilliance. Equally, the Samsung 32 TV is a great choice. It fits in every little flat and can provide great viewing fun for your mates and the entire family.

2. Some of the matches will take place in the afternoon. You could ask your boss whether you can arrange a viewing area in the office. Maybe you can change the break room temporarily into a soccer World Cup watching area. I mean, what is when England plays in the quarters, some of theses matches take place at 4pm.  Another option would be to just skip work and watch this exciting match.

3. Start to organise a pool. People starting to bet on games and players. There are several different options to start up such a game. I am sure their will be an office pool. You can organise one with your family. People need to start to put in their bets before the World Cup starts.

4. During the 6 weeks of the World Cup always make sure that you have enough beverages and snacks at home. Who knows who will pop around to watch the games with you.

5. Besides form having snacks at home, you can also organise a big party at home. Invite all your friends and have a big soccer home party.

Did you know?

The Vuvusela is the trumpet type instrument which is very famous in South African Soccer. FIFA wanted to ban the Vuvusela from the World Cup Stadia, but South Africa didn’t allow that. It would be like taking the fish out the water. There is no soccer without a Vuvusela in Africa.
