Staying in shape throughout the winter season can be tough. I know that when I look out of my window and see the rain pouring down that I lose all of my motivation to get out there and go for a run. Now that you have your treadmill in order, a pair of quality trainers and a track suit will have you ready to go. You cannot go wrong with the Asics Cumulus trainers.
